David Foster began his career in the insurance and investment industry in 1985. As a partner, he primarily works with privately held business owners and their key executives. He is dedicated to helping clients enhance their benefit packages and balance sheets, while assisting in recruiting, retaining and rewarding them in the process. He also helps with the business succession planning for both owners and executives.

In addition to being an active participant with various charitable groups, David enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and just about anything outdoors. He lives in Wayzata, Minnesota with his wife Sheryl and their four daughters. On the weekends you will find them at their lake home off Gull Lake in Nisswa, Minnesota.
