Necia Fanton joined The Partners Group as a Client Services Associate after nearly four years with Foster Klima, where she supported agents and teams in Park Avenue Securities investment business, PAS compliance administration, and Guardian Life and Disability new business. Known for her empathy, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional client care, Necia approaches each interaction with a genuine desire to help—a principle shaped by her earlier service as a firefighter paramedic.

Necia lives in Eagan, Minnesota with her two children and their feisty Siamese cat, Mavis. A second-degree black belt in Kung Fu, she brings focus, discipline, and resilience to every part of her life. She volunteers regularly with Feed My Starving Children and stays active in her church community. In her free time, you’ll find her gardening, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors whenever she gets the chance.
